Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, YOU (the customer) is responsible for purchasing a return shipping label. Above you can see where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

MISSING PACKAGE
If a package states “delivered” and you have not received it. Contact your local post office for any updates on your package. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING PACKAGES.
Once package is dropped off to the carrier they (the carrier) is responsible and they must be contacted if needed. We ship items through USPS.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a store credit code will be given within a certain amount of days to the email given.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit amount.
If address is entered incorrectly, unfortunately we cannot change after order has been packaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
